Iceland is probably one of the top travel destinations. The country has taken a strict test and trace approach through the pandemic. With a small and sparse population, and most attractions being out in nature, it is easier to maintain social distance.

Who Can Come To Iceland
Iceland is taking a cautious approach on opening up the border to travellers.
As of 26 April 2021, the country is open to visitors from approved countries, and travellers with certificate of vaccination against COVID-19 that fulfils requirements, or confirmation of previous COVID-19 infection that fulfils requirements are also exempted from travel restrictions.
All travellers must pre-register before departure. Pre-registration does not constitute a travel authorization. The final decision is made by border guards on arrival.
Further information on pre-registration, testing, quarantine requirements can be found on covid.is.
